PRIVACY POLICY

This policy covers logcoretech.com, the marketing site you're reading right now. It does not cover data inside a self-hosted LogCore OS installation you run yourself — that data never touches LogCoreTech's infrastructure at all, by design (see "Self-hosting and your product data" below).

What we collect

The only personal information this site collects is what you voluntarily submit through the contact form: your name, email address, business type or use case, and whatever you write in the message field. There are no accounts, no cookies, and no analytics or tracking scripts on this site as of the date above.

If that changes — for example, if we add privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful — this policy will be updated first, and the change will be noted in the "Last updated" date.

How we use it

Contact form submissions are used for exactly one purpose: responding to your inquiry about self-hosting or managed setup. We don't sell, rent, or share your contact information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-party processors

The contact form is processed by Formspree, a third-party form backend. Your submission passes through their infrastructure to reach our inbox — see Formspree's own privacy policy for how they handle it on their end.

Self-hosting and your product data

LogCore OS itself is a separate, self-hosted application. If you run your own instance, your tasks, notes, finances, contacts, and everything else in your "Brain" live on your own server — LogCoreTech has no access to it, no copy of it, and no way to see it. This policy has nothing to do with that data.

The live demo at app.logcoretech.com is a running instance of the product, not this marketing site — it has its own login/session handling as part of the product itself, separate from anything described here.

Managed hosting

If you request managed hosting, we deploy and operate a LogCore OS instance for you. The data in that instance is still yours — see the managed hosting agreement provided at setup time for specifics on access and handling.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete any contact-form submission we hold at any time by emailing contact_us@logcoretech.com. We'll confirm once it's done.
