A self-hosted, open-source, AI-native life and business operating system. It gives you a private "Brain" — your data as plain Markdown and JSON files — plus an app layer (task management, calendar, notes, finance, CRM, automation) and an AI chat interface that reads your Brain and acts on it. There is no external database; the filesystem is the source of truth.

If you self-host, nothing leaves your machine except calls to your chosen AI provider (which you configure with your own API key). If you use Managed hosting, your instance runs on infrastructure LogCoreTech operates for you — it is still your data and your server, we just run the ops.

You need to be comfortable running one terminal command. bash launch.sh --install-deps installs Docker and other prerequisites automatically on Linux and starts the full stack. No manual container configuration required.

LogCore OS routes every AI call through a provider-abstraction layer. It ships wired to Anthropic by default; OpenAI-compatible providers and local models (Ollama, LM Studio) are on the roadmap. You bring your own API key either way — LogCoreTech never sees your conversations.

Yes — multi-user is built in from the ground up, not bolted on. Each person gets their own private Brain folder, memory, and task list. Personal and business workspaces are structurally separate, so household data can never mix with business/team data.

AGPLv3 — fully open source. You can self-host, modify, and use it freely. AGPL's network-use clause means if you modify it and offer it as a service to others, you need to share those modifications too; using it privately for yourself or your business has no such obligation.

Yes — our first Automation-tier clients get a founding-client rate: $250/mo for the first 3 months with the setup fee waived, then a permanent $500/mo — not a temporary intro price, your standing rate for as long as you stay. Want more later? Additional automations are quoted as a flat-rate project, or you can upgrade for ongoing build capacity; either way your $500/mo base never changes on its own.

No. Engagements run month-to-month after setup, with 30 days' written notice to cancel on either side. You keep full ownership of and access to your data regardless of when you cancel.

It depends on the size of the build — from $500 for a light Automation engagement up to $2,500+ for a full Ops Partner build, based on how many workflows and how complex the integrations are. We scope it on the intro call and give you a quote before any work starts, so there's never a surprise invoice.
